finger jell-o

4 packages unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
3 small packages Jell-O
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups boiling water

Put all ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan, water last. Stir. Refrigerate overnight. Cut into 1″ cubes or use cookie cutters for special occasions. This won't melt at room temperature.
