icing for carrot cake

1 large package cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1 box 10X sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla

Cream soft butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, vanilla, and nuts. Spread between and on top and sides of carrot cake.
