3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup oil
2 cups cold water
Mix flour, soda, cocoa, salt and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add vinegar, vanilla, oil and water. Mix well. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
