mexican green rice

2 cups cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 4 oz. can Old El Paso chopped green chili
1 cup finely chopped parsley
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup melted butter

Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 10.
