sweterlitsch beef stew

1 package frozen mixed veggies
1 lb cubed beef for stew
1 onion
28 oz. can tomato sauce
water
1/2 head cabbage

1. Brown meat in oil in a large soup pan
2. Add diced onion and cook until tender
3. Add tomato sauce
4. Add water until soupy
5. Add frozen veggies and cabbage
6. Simmer for 1 hour and serve

Note: Amount of ingredients is dependent on how much you want to make. The above amounts will make about 6-8 servings.
