deviled eggs (lite spinach-bacon)

1 dozen hard-cooked peeled eggs
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry
1/4 cup mayonnaise (fat free)
1/4 cup imitation bacon bits
2-1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons margarine, softened (optional)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons black pepper, ground
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into a small mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Chill until ready to serve.
