impossible chicken and broccoli pie

1 package (10 ounces)I frozen chopped broccoli
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups cut up cooked chicken
2/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 400. Grease Pyrex oblong pan. Rinse broccoli under running cold water to thaw. Drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli with two cups of cheese, the chicken and onion in plate. Blend in milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper, until smooth 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (50 minutes). Top with remaining cheese. Bake just until cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 6-8.
