greek salad

Toss:
1 10-ounce bag of mixed salad greens
1 cup ripe olives
3 plum tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 medium cucumber, cut into wedges
Fresh Greek or Bottled Italian Dressing
Top with 1 8-ounce package feta cheese, sliced or crumbled

Fresh Greek Dressing:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 fresh lemon, squeezed (1/4 cup)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
